SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all orders of $350 or more. Orders under $350 ship for a flat rate of $35.
DELIVERY TIMES
We fulfill orders from two locations:
- Items in stock at our Miami, FL warehouse are delivered by our domestic logistics partner within 2–3 business days.
- Items shipped directly from our workshops in Colombia are delivered by DHL Express within 5–7 business days.
Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and count from order confirmation. If your order combines items from both locations, it may arrive in separate shipments at no additional shipping cost.
DUTIES & TAXES
All import duties and taxes on international shipments are included in your price. You will never be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
